Every practitioner brings a unique voice, and counseling should exist where lived experience and need meet. My work as a clinical therapist is shaped by navigating the world through multiple points of intersectionality, informed by a neurodivergent lens. These experiences have made me acutely aware of how mental health care can become siloed—causing people to fall through the cracks, remain unheard, and in some cases, go untreated.

I’ve developed a private practice grounded in my personal and professional ethos—one that addresses the complexities of individual lives and the adaptations required to navigate them. My hope is to help clients learn how to honor and adapt to their own intersectionality without shrinking themselves to fit into a mold.

Foundation Builders Counseling was created with this purpose in mind: to support individuals when mental health challenges, chronic stress, or trauma prevent them from living the lives they want to live. I believe life is built upon five core principles: physical health, meaningful relationships, a sense of belonging, economic stability, and creative expression. These foundations form the basis of a holistic therapeutic approach designed to restore balance and promote growth.

As conversations around mental health, equity, and neurodiversity continue to evolve, there is an increasing need for spaces that honor the full complexity of people’s lives. Join me as I use mental health as a bridge—connecting people to themselves and to others through evidence-based interventions aimed at strengthening and restoring their foundations.
